📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the bar operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
• Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction by training and mentoring staff.
• Monitor and maintain food and beverage service standards, including table service, room service, and event catering.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing bar operations and staff.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, Toast, or similar.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
