📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct market analysis and trend forecasting for downstream products.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize downstream processes.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
- Implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Support the development and implementation of quality control measures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in downstream industry analysis.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of mineral processing and downstream operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
