As a Junior HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resource management. We are seeking an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a strong understanding of HR best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Support the HR team in the onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other HR-related documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to travel to other locations within Indonesia as needed.
