In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the company's fleet operations, ensuring efficient and safe transportation of goods. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance.,Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of goods, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and maintain the fleet's performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle maintenance, and driver performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet operations and reduce costs.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with all regulations.,Manage and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.,Provide training and support to the fleet team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on fleet operations and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Experience in the bakery or food industry is a plus.
