PT Mulya Kencana is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of our company. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and provide strategic advice to support the company's financial goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting functions of the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.,Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide training and guidance to junior accountants and finance team members.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP (GAK).,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures is a plus.
