As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store in Depok, Jawa Barat. You will work closely with the sales team, inventory management, and customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Train and develop the sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in selling our products.
  • Manage and maintain a positive and professional work environment for all employees.
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that all employees are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote our products and services.
  • Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or electronics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing a team of sales associates.
