Lucky Indah Ceramics is seeking a talented and experienced Talent Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and developing top talent to support the company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Identify and recruit top talent through various channels, including job fairs, social media, and professional networks.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand business needs and align talent management strategies accordingly.,Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.,Monitor and analyze employee data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of talent management principles, practices, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR-related software.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
