As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of events, ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including weddings, conferences, and other special occasions.,Set up and decorate event venues to meet the client's specifications.,Work closely with the event planner and catering staff to ensure smooth execution of events.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients.,Maintain a clean and organized event space.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Handle any last-minute changes or requests from clients or guests.,Assist in the cleanup and post-event follow-up.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic event planning software and tools is a plus.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
