In this role, you will be responsible for handling financial transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient service to customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register and workspace.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Count and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.,Assist in inventory management by updating stock levels and restocking as needed.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures and security measures.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
