📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market analysis and trend forecasting for downstream products.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize downstream processes.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
• Implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Support the development and implementation of quality control measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in downstream industry analysis.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong understanding of mineral processing and downstream operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
