📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate export and import processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions for their trade activities.
• Work with customs brokers and logistics partners to ensure smooth clearance and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure they meet agreed-upon timelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with changes in international trade laws and regulations, and provide training to team members as needed.
• Analyze trade data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, customs authorities, and logistics providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Trade, Logistics, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export/import operations, trade compliance, or a related role.
• Proficient in using trade compliance software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations, including INCOTERMS, Harmonized System (HS) codes, and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Certification in trade compliance or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of local languages in Bangka Belitung is a plus.
