Up Code Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees,Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Provide support to the finance team as needed,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus
