📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Manage and oversee the sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.,Monitor market trends and competitors to inform business decisions.,Prepare and present regular reports on business performance and market conditions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
