Data Seed Nusantara is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Maros. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and at our restaurant locations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.,Develop and implement menus that align with the company's vision and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure efficient kitchen operations.,Ensure food quality and safety by adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.,Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure timely and accurate food preparation and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and ensuring food quality and safety.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and menu development.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not mandatory.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
