Lead, Inclusion & Community Engagement

Singapore Management University is seeking a dynamic and passionate Lead for Inclusion & Community Engagement to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will spearhead university-wide initiatives aimed at fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment. Based in the vibrant regions of Bali, you will work closely with faculty, staff, and students to create and implement programs that promote inclusion and community engagement.

As the Lead, you will be responsible for developing and managing initiatives that address the unique needs and challenges of our diverse student body and community. You will work with various stakeholders to ensure that our initiatives are inclusive, accessible, and impactful. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the university community while working in one of the most beautiful and culturally rich locations in the world.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement university-wide initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to create and manage inclusive and engaging community programs.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
• Oversee the implementation of inclusion and community engagement programs, ensuring they meet the university's goals and objectives.
• Foster a culture of inclusivity and community engagement by providing training and resources to faculty, staff, and students.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to expand the reach and impact of our initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our initiatives, making data-driven decisions to improve their impact.
• Represent the university at local and national events, promoting our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in education, social sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive practices and strategies, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in community engagement and building relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel to various locations in Bali and beyond, as needed.
