📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the operation of machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production processes.,Monitor production output and quality to meet or exceed targets.,Train and mentor junior operators on machinery operation and safety procedures.,Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on machinery to prevent downtime.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Collaborate with other departments to improve production efficiency.,Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate records of production and machinery performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.,Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team.,Strong knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance.,Familiarity with production scheduling and quality control processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid certification or license for machinery operation (preferred).,Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
