📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulations.,Manage a team of pharmacist assistants and provide guidance and training.,Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.,Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.,Provide customer service and answer medication-related inquiries.,Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.,Ensure the safety and security of the pharmacy and its staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian pharmacy regulations and guidelines.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid pharmacy license and certification.
