📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet departmental and organizational needs.,Lead and mentor junior recruiters, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills.,Conduct job analyses to understand the requirements of various roles and ensure accurate job descriptions.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide timely and effective recruitment solutions.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising jobs to onboarding new hires.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment teams.,Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and ability to analyze data to improve processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
