Link Star Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Cianjur, Jawa Barat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high performance levels.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure all financial targets are met and reported accurately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry best practices.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
