📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best possible terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock and reduce waste.
• Analyze operational data using tools like SAP and Excel to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers, maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a strong focus on commercial and logistics operations.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence.
• Familiarity with SAP and other ERP systems, as well as advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
