📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to reach a wide pool of candidates.,Conduct background checks and reference verifications to ensure the integrity of potential hires.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using HRIS and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
