📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to drive repeat business and referrals.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product development and promotion.,Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a positive customer experience.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support sales initiatives.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
