📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of tender documents and cost estimates for construction projects.,Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients.,Conduct site visits and gather information to support project estimates.,Assist in the preparation of invoices and payment requests.,Support the team in maintaining accurate records of project costs and expenses.,Assist in the preparation of progress reports for clients.,Support the team in maintaining accurate records of project costs and expenses.,Assist in the preparation of progress reports for clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.,Strong understanding of construction costing and estimating principles.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
