Managing and maintaining financial records and documents,Preparing and analyzing financial reports,Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies,Processing and verifying payroll and expenses,Managing bank reconciliations and cash flow,Providing financial support to the accounting department,Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes,Training and mentoring junior finance staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance administration,Strong knowledge of financial software and tools,Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
