📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Provide information and guidance on banking products and services.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch targets.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the branch manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a banking or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with banking software and systems.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (spoken and written).,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid ID and bank account.
