📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs aligned with company goals and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Provide feedback and support to trainers and employees to ensure successful training outcomes.,Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training strategies.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process by conducting interviews and assessments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong understanding of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is an advantage.
