In this role, you will use our proprietary bancassurance platform to manage client interactions, policy administration, and sales activities. You will also have the opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge in the insurance industry, with access to ongoing training and development programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized financial advice and insurance solutions to clients, helping them secure their future.
• Manage client interactions and policy administration using our proprietary bancassurance platform.
• Conduct sales activities and achieve individual sales targets.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial services.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new Bancassurance Advisors as needed.
• Contribute to the overall success of the Sun Life team in Bali.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, insurance, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales and client relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with bancassurance platforms and insurance products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, insurance, business administration, or a related field.
• Certification in insurance or financial services (preferred but not required).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
