📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Square or Toast.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hospitality.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or barista role, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight.
