• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the dining area.
• Assist in restocking and organizing food and beverage supplies.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic kitchen equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications in food service or hospitality are a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
