📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Define and prioritize product backlog items using Jira and Confluence, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements.
• Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align product features with customer needs and business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an IT Product Owner or similar role in the tech industry.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product management best practices.
