🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fit-out projects, preferably in the retail or commercial sector.
• Proven track record of managing fit-out projects from conception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and building codes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and teams.
