As a Laboratory Analyst, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests, including but not limited to, blood tests, urine tests, and genetic analyses. Your work will be instrumental in providing accurate and timely results to our clients, helping to improve patient outcomes and advance medical knowledge.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests, including blood tests, urine tests, and genetic analyses, using advanced laboratory equipment such as automated analyzers, microscopes, and PCR machines.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control protocols.
• Prepare and maintain detailed laboratory records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, doctors, and other laboratory staff, to support medical research and diagnostic projects.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes and standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in laboratory techniques and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve laboratory operations.
• Provide technical support and training to junior laboratory staff as needed.
• Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a clinical or research environment.
• Certification in laboratory techniques, such as those offered by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or the Indonesian Association for Clinical Chemistry and Clinical Biology (IAKKK).
• Proficiency in using laboratory software such as LabArchives, ELN (Electronic Lab Notebook), and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and precision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different locations as required.
