📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Negotiate and finalize contracts with merchants, ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide regular feedback to help them improve their revenue streams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of merchants into our payment ecosystem.
• Provide excellent customer service to merchants, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues promptly.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the payment industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchant development, sales, or a related role in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of the payment industry and experience with payment processing systems such as Linkaja, ShopeePay, and GoPay.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
