📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed technical drawings for structural and architectural projects using AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with industry standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and translate them into precise technical drawings.
• Review and approve drawings prepared by junior staff to maintain high standards of quality.
• Stay updated with the latest CAD software and industry trends to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
• Ensure all drawings are properly annotated and labeled for clarity and ease of understanding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD operations, preferably in structural and architectural drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with experience in creating detailed technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of construction and engineering principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) principles and practices is a plus.
