📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee project sites and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project timelines.,Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.,Monitor project budgets and expenses, and report any discrepancies to the project manager.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate records of project activities, including progress reports and site logs.,Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible.,Facilitate communication between the project team and external parties, such as clients and suppliers.,Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
