As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your daily tasks will include inspecting and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as overseeing the upkeep of the resort's common areas and public spaces. This role offers a chance to work in a stunning environment while contributing to the seamless guest experience at Samasta Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Oversee the upkeep of the resort's common areas and public spaces, including landscaping and facilities.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on all equipment and machinery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues or concerns related to the resort's infrastructure.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Document all maintenance activities and keep detailed records for future reference.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members to ensure high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a luxury resort or similar setting.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their maintenance.
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and energy management systems (EMS).
• Valid certifications in electrical safety, first aid, and fire safety are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar.
• Ability to travel to various locations within Bali as needed.
