📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live property presentations to showcase residential and commercial projects
• Build relationships with potential buyers and clients through engaging and informative presentations
• Provide detailed information about project features, amenities, and benefits
• Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and negotiate deals
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
• Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices
• Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand your professional network
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record in property sales or real estate presentations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian
